FAQs

Q: How much are tickets?
A: General Admission $12
Hero Discount for Military, Law Enforcement, EMTs & Firefighters. 50% off with valid ID.

Q: What are the hours of operation?
A: We are open from 7pm - 11pm

Q: Is there free parking?
A: YES! Parking is free but on rough terrain. Please drive slow and be extremely careful if your vehicle is low profile.

Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: YES! We do. Bring it.

Q: How old do you have to be to enter the haunted attraction?
A: Our haunted attraction is NOT recommended for children under the age of 10. They will be allowed in if parents choose to bring them, however, you will NOT be allowed to carry them. They must be able to stand and walk on their own two feet. There are no special prices for children. There are many emergency exits throughout each attraction in case anyone gets too scared to continue but please be warned, scared patrons/children who need to exit (or choose not to enter) will not receive a refund.

*We do have 'magic wands' for sale for anyone that wants to keep the monsters away.

Q: Could we be denied entry or asked to leave?
A: Yes. We do not allow foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc. We do not allow babies or children to be carried through. Smoking and alcohol is not allowed. We reserve the right to remove any patron from the event if we feel it is necessary.

Violation of these rules will usually bring a warning and then being asked to leave without a refund.

Q: What should we NOT bring with us?
A: It probably is a wise decision not to bring any guns, chains, knives, weapons of any kind, flashlights, penlights, pocket lights, spotlights….pretty much any kind of light, cameras, video cameras, digital cameras… ok any kind of camera, pagers, cell phones, lighters, alcohol, chemicals, or nuclear devices. If you break ANY of our rules, you will leave without a refund.

Even though it is a scary attraction, it's still a safe family environment.

Q: Will actors touch us?
A: Yes & No. The actors are not allowed to touch and you are not allowed to touch our actors...but their props might touch you. Please be warned, they do get very close and will chase you but they will not grab you.

Because of close quarters, incidental & unintentional contact may occur. You may brush up against their costumes or props or come into contact with some of the sets, but you will not be grabbed or pushed.

Please be respectful and do NOT touch our actors or props!

If you touch our actors, you will be escorted out of the haunt with no refund & we will call the authorities if needed. We reserve the right to prosecute any patrons who strike or harm our actors.

By everyone keeping their hands to themselves, they get to go home with their bodies intact. We only touch your mind...

Q: May we wear our Halloween costumes to your haunted attraction?
A: Yes, but for security and safety purposes you may NOT wear a mask once you enter the front door.

Q: Can I take pictures or use a mobile device inside the haunted attraction?
A: No cameras. No cell phones. Flashes and cell phone lights ruin the show that you and others paid to see, and also pose a safety hazard to those who must spend eternity in the dark. Taking calls during the show is disrespectful, to say the least. Don't expect to have friendly spirits if you get caught on the phone.

Bottom Line: Leave cameras in the car or home and turn cell phones OFF.

Feel free to take all of the pictures and videos you want before you enter and after you exit the haunt.

Q: Can I get my money back?
A: NO! All sales are final. There are no refunds.

Q: What if it is raining?
A: We are a 'weather permitting' haunt.

If there is a high chance for rain or if it is already raining, the show will be closed for the night.

Check our Facebook page, website or give us a call at 417-335-6650 to make sure we are open.

Q: How should I dress when we come visit Branson Haunted Hills?
A: If it is cold, wear a jacket! The temperatures can vary between 35-70 degrees. Be prepared in case you have to stand in line for awhile. Walking shoes and closed toe shoes are a must! Heels and flip-flops are not good for the unpaved ground that is very uneven. Use caution when walking.

Q: Do you have food and drinks available?
A: At this time, we do not have food and drinks available on site.

Q: Can we win FREE tickets?
A: YES! We have ticket giveaways very often on our Facebook page! Go follow us! And good luck!
